Hi,

I am trying to check an antibody's affinity to a kind of bacteria. The antibody is fluorescent. I plan to add antibodies to the bacteria solution and I need to wash the bacteria after incubation. I want to know what centrifugation rpm and time I should use to have bacteria pellet and antibodies in suspension after centrifugation. In this way, I could remove the supernatant and check if bacteria have an affinity to antibodies or not.

Also, if there are any other methods, I'd be grateful if you share.
