I have prepared the alcoholic extract of seeds of CASSIA AURICULATA and subjected for LC/MS to characterise the constituents. I am finding m/e values are more than 500. Is there anybody working for characterization active constituents in CASSIA AURICULATA?
It will be difficult - alcoholic extract would contain a lot of different types of compounds - you could go for a more specific about your compound - class and extract / purify accordingly

First, you must fine tune your HPLC method using known authenticated standards that you may expect to find in your sample extracts.
Then, work on purifying and cleaning up your sample. Liquid-liquid partitioning or liquid-solid purification using SPE cartridges is recommended. If you have the HPLC-DAD UV absorbance spectra for each peak as well as MS data you should be well on your way to characterizing its constituents!
