Yes, molar absorptivity is the same as the extinction coefficient. Apparently, the official IUPAC term for this quantity is molar attenuation coefficient, but I haven't really heard that used. So 3 names for the same quantity!
You can follow the Lambert's Beer Law through a little maneuvering. Molar absorptivity is extinction coefficient. Just use the formula and place the data in the Origin software or in excel. EASY!!
