When the drugs overlap absorption at lambda max. then, how to calculate unknown concentration of both drugs with absorption correction method.

I think that first thing to do is to find the optimal dilution for your compounds, i.e. the concentration (of both compounds) should be in the linear range of absorbance. Just dilute your sample few times with your solvent.I think that linear range of absorbance is requirement for your method.
Actually sir i am determing the concentration of two drugs simultaneously in PBS 6.8 and both drugs showing absorption overlaps and lambda max.
and then i followed absorption correction method. I started measuring it again by later method. but i did not able to find any literature on absorption correction where there are "unknown amount" of both drugs during dissolution... so how should we know how much absorption is influenced by which drug when we have unknown reading.
