The number of acid sites is the amount of ammonia desorbed (provided that you flushed off the physiosorbed ammonia prior to your TPD-step). The number of acid sites in mmol/g you obtain by dividing the volume of ammonia adsorbed in ml(STP)/g by the molar volume of an ideal gas (22.414 ml/(STP)/mmol).
The strength of the acid sites you obtain by evaluating the activation energy for desorption (although this is typically done by simply looking at the peak temperature maximum - in the absence of diffusion limitations the activation energy for desorption in kJ/mol is the peak maximum temperature in K divided by 4)
