How can I calculate the pH value for a tissue sample using optical imaging?

I have no pH meter. I am interested in measuring the pH value for a tissue sample. Is there any method to do this measurement using optical imaging?

You can use fluorescent probes designed for this purpose. This is a very interesting question to many researchers and a very active area of research.
