It is better to model the beam using S4R element which is a shell element. But, as you want to consider buckling, you have to model it, instead of using line elements with the assigned profiles. Moreover, material nonlinearity in abaqus is considered using distributed plasticity concept and you can define it by determination of plastic behavior in property module.
