I've 5-minutal data of radiation net, radiation global, radiation diffuse, temperature, humidity, wind velocity. I'd to calculate fluxes of heat, sensible and latent. Also I'd to calculate this fluxes only with temperature and humitidy of my thermals transects, What do I do? Is there some software on Internet?
Hello. You will find something in the books of R. Stull (especially "Meteorology for Scientist and Engineers") and in some the papers of Prof. E. Parlow (you can find his work here on RG). But for these methods you need, at least, measures of temperature, humidity, etc in two levels above the ground (i.e. in a tower) and/or Remote Sensing.

I would recommend using Oke, T. R. (1978) Boundary Layer Climates, Methuen and Co, London. It includes the equations for the surface fluxes. Also see papers on energy balance melt models as they tend to give you the equations necessary, and will give references for suitable parameters. Arnold et al. (1996) A distributed surface energy-balance model for a small valley glacier. I. Developtnent and testing for Haut Glacier d'Arolla, Valais, Switzerland, Jounral of Glaciology, 42 (40) 77-89 gives the actual equations used for the glacier, although there are more complicated methods, e.g. using the Richardson number approach for a debris -covered glacier (see Brock, B., Mihalcea, C., Kirkbride, M., Diolaiuti, G., Cutler, M. and Smiraglia, C. (2010) Meteorology and surface energy fluxes in the 2005-2007 ablation seasons at Miage debris-covered glacier, Mont Blanc Massif, Italian Alps, Journal of Geophysical Research (115) D09106)

Dear Gerard,
You can compute your latent and sensible heat fluxes (your wind stress as well) with several existing bulk flux algorithms from air temperature, humidity and wind data. If you have no wind values... one essential value is missing! Use reconstructed values from satellite or operational model outputs.
