How can I calculate heterosis in the AGD-R software? In other words, how is the data definition for hybrid and parent sections in this software? Also is there another software to calculate heterosis?

I actually I was looking for the same thing till I found this YouTube video explaining it but unfortunately it's not in English but it's clear how to do it

I did the steps to prepare the file and run the analysis and it gave me that the analysis was successful but I can't get the results file (always empty), so if you faced this problem or not could please let me know, and if find a solution could please share it with us..
