I am doing shape optimization in Tosca Structure now. Although I have a good quality elements before optimization, after one iteration I obtain error message. I tried to solve this problem playing with mesh smoothing parameters. But I didn't get an efficient solution. Has anyone idea what I should do? In my model, I was using mainly C3D8 elements.

Thank you for your answer firstly. But I already read the documentation of Tosca Structure and tried to manipulate the optimization with mesh smoothing and opt_param parameters. I want to know only, if someone get such a problem like what I got and how could s/he solved.
First of all, my answer is not answering your question directly. However, when you encounter this type of specific problem, asking your fellow researchers in RG is a perfect thing to do, and you rightfully do so. If you don't find any workable solutions from RG, I'd suggest you ask the question to Support Team of Dassault Systèmes (3DS). If your software license is a purchased or original one, they would reply for sure.
