Amal - a few 'simple' rules. Firstly accurate 'paraphrasing' - which means that you write down read material in your own words without changing the overall meaning. Secondly, always acknowledge the author/source, as citation, when you are drawing from material that is not your own. Thirdly, if you are unable to accurately paraphrase (or something is written so we'll that you want to keep it in it's original form' - then use direct quotation and cite the source. Forthly, and perhaps the most important, is do not directly cut-and-paste source material from online sources.

Adding to what has already been noted above, I would say that it's important to be careful about how you paraphrase. A common issue that I've come across in student work is taking original sentences/phases and substituting synonyms. That can be problematic in multiple ways; it can read awkwardly and still essentially constitute plagiarism.
A really helpful approach that dates back to a time before digital referencing is to take careful notes (including quotes and key points) while you are reading your sources, and then write from those notes. That way, you will avoid a situation in which you find yourself paraphrasing sentence-by-sentence, you'll preserve the main ideas provided your note-taking is thorough and accurate, and you'll have enough distance to write about key ideas in your own words except when quoting directly.

Don't copy as it is if borrowed sentences of others double quote("......") It and use in text citation like (Kale,2019 p.67 ) for example and reference it at end of articles as per any any standard reference style. pharaphase idea of others by changing sentences structure and many more.

Try expressing ideas in your perspective. In a manuscript, we usually represent a known/proven fact in a single line (the whole idea of a cited article); I believe there would not arise an issue if this is what is done.
