In my example i have taken two inputs: "Class Performance" and "Exam performance". According to me "Class performance" have less weight incomparably to "Exam performance" because Exam Performance is totally fair process and performance evaluated by the person, who is unknown to student. But Class Performance is evaluated by Class Teacher an could influence by the student.
So i want to prioritize "Exam performance" input with higher weight for consideration in generating result in compare to "Class performance". By this way I could get more efficient result to generate "Student Performance" result.
Kindly suggest me, How to do this?

You can do it by simply giving more weight age to exam performance in the Rules. Make more exam performance biased rules.
for example
If EP is high and CP is low then SP is high .
and so on...
