it isn't matter. for one of ulcer models. i want to do ulcer with H. pylori on rats; but before process inoculation H. pylori, some researches are giving acetic acid etc. for a minute, then aspirating it. But How? Could you help me?

chk this link..............this may help you. after anaesthesia, do ur injection, dont take the needle out. keep it as such for a minute and aspirate again.
