Dear Fauziah Baharom There are various ways to achieve this goal:
-Contact a reputed publisher and let them assist you, see for example https://www.springer.com/us/authors-editors/conference-proceedings
-Contact one of the well-known proceeding titles and discuss the possibilities, see for a list enclosed file and go to the Tab Conference proceedings
-Contact one of journals in your field of interest and see If they are willing to publish (a selection of) the conference manuscripts. Usually this is in a special issue, see for an example here https://journals.sagepub.com/jrpa/specialissuepolicy?pbEditor=true
-Of course, you can as indicated by Mustafa Ali Abuzaraida contact the service team of Scopus and see if they can be of any help

The website will evaluate your website first and send you decission until 3-4 weeks.
