My calibration curve points are composed from the standards (ppm) of: 0.5, 1.0, 2.0, 4.0, 5.0 and 10.0
and the corresponding 1:10 diluted samples read on UV are:
0.018, 0.075, 0.160, 0.310, 0.685 and 0.891.
When I want to calculate the slope and intercept, I thought that I have to multiply the diluted sample readings with 10. Is it a correct way or what is your suggestion?
Initially you can calculate your value in sample by using given reading.
And after calculation you multiply your final value with your dilution. i.e. 10 times.

also you can prepare standard solution without dilution and read it in new stander curve

Provided your samples are treated in the same manner as the standards, I do not think there is any need to multiply the Absorbance readings of your standards.
From the values you have mentioned, your standard curve will be as in this attachment.
You have an outlier at the 5 ppm level.
If you do use this curve, then the factor when calculating the amount of the analyte of interest in you samples will be:-
Absorbance = 0.0963x -0.0046
