A program entering the exons and introns automatically?

I have a question for you. I use snapgene viewer to see and work the genes, however each time when i need to work a specific exon or intron, i enter this dna seq by hand. I am looking for an application which automatically enters the all exons and introns of a gene when i download the gene with its exons and introns. do you know such a program?
