How can I add any plot in oommf GUI or in mmGraph?
Like , we can see the magnetic field variation with time. Can we see the some other factor (current density) in the GUI. Can we do some coding in .mif file for this?
In .odt file as we can see the colmn for magnetic field energy? Is it possible to add the other data (like current density)?
I checked in the mannual but I couldn't find any related information?
You can export all the output of OOMMF simulations (such as you can save the data only in text file from the plot in mmGraph or mmDisplay you obtain) and then analyze or can extract the required parameter you want out of the data. When you want to export the data out of mmGraph, you can select the components you require for your further calculations. I generally export the data in text file and import them to Mathematica for further analysis. For example: if you export the components of magnetization, then you can find the domain wall velocity out of that data by further calculations from that data.

But I defined some current pulse in the .mif file. It can not be seen in mmGraph. For example, If we define the pulse magnetic field, we can easily see in the mmGraph. But not the current density.
Yes, only predefined outputs of OOMMF can be seen in mmGraph. If your pulse current can be defined inside OOMMF extension (one to account STT by external current), its output can also be plotted in mmGraph.
