How can I achieve good adhesion of Paryene coating on solder mask surface ?

Dear All,

I am suffering the adhesion issue of Parylene AF4 coated on solder mask of Printed circuit board.

The peeling test is failed by 3M Scotch 600.

The surface is clean for sure.

We have done the adhesion methods by

(1) A-174

(2) O2 plasma

Highly appreciate your comment or adhesion promoter suggestion to try .

Any appropriate solder mask model is recommended for parylene conformal coating ?
