During the performance of an HPLC run, I can follow the on-line DAD chromatogram in Jasco's Borwin PDA software, but I'm not able to access the fluorescence chromatograms afterwards. The fluorescence detector itself is properly attached since in the HSS 2000 application the device is listed in green letters. Jasco itself couldn't provide me with help since the software has already expired.

We have related software in good working condition but with other equipment. In the case of analogic data connected to the DAC interface each file is stored at a folder previously assigned to the fluorescence input. You should be able to access a small software program to check it and if necessary configure the folder where each input store the files (in ou case it is under User Group).
