You can use any design modeler for creating the geometry and for simulations check some tutorials on youtube

It depends on your CFD model, for instance, GAMBIT, a geometry and mesh generation tool, for FLUENT or AutoCad for FLOW-3D. However, other models can generate geometry and mesh by their own like CFX.
