Karanja biodiesel has produced via acid-base transmogrification method. After water washing and dehumidifying biodiesel was perfectly fine. But, after 2-3 days biodiesel started to deposit some yellowish material. deposits has a sticky nature, it is not soluble in water.
what is this ? how can i avoid it? what may the cause of deposition ? is it because of poor quality of raw oil ?

I can understand your problem. The biodiesel gets easily oxidize when we expose to the atmosphere. There are certain reasons for the yellow ppt in your biodiesel:
1. your reaction is (overreacted/under reacted)
2. washing of biodiesel in not completely done
3. drying is must ( 80C for at least 9 h)
Always store your biodiesel in a glass container and airtight in a darkroom.
your yellow materials seem to be residue from biodiesel. Please confirm it with FTIR.

I am 100% sure that its not because of biodiesel oxidation. It was observed only with Karanja biodiesel. I believe that the problem is with source oil. but I don't know what is it or why it is forming only in Karanja biodiesel. I will send you a detailed mail. Thank you for your support.
