It appears from the data provided that your particle size distribution is hovering from 100 nm to approximately 320, with maximum no. of particles at around 200 nm. Indeed, the particle size distribution range in your case is wide if the application intended for falls in nanometer scale. However, I believe you need to further perform accurate analysis perhaps by HRTEM and request for the histogram if available. Or else you snap a certain spot of TEM micrograph and then calculate the diameter of each particle manually, which will provide you the histogram containing information about the particle shape, size and particle size distribution and homogeneity.
Another way you can do, using image-J software. If you have the SEM picture of your particles.

You need to give more details. As far as your question goes, in reference to the file you uploaded, well, the file shows the analysis, i.e. it is giving you a histogram. What else are you trying to analyze? Or is it that you are asking how the technique actually works? That is hard to tell from the device you used but you can always look at your manual. Other people above have provided some examples of how some techniques work. But as far as your question goes, it is not specific.

Another way you can do, using image-J software, if you have the AFM picture of your particles.
The most reliable techniques are photo-optical methods:
- Several publications show, that photooptical analysis (either SOPAT - www.sopat.eu, PVM or any other in-situ microscope or endoscope probes) gives reliable data opposed to laser or ultrasonic based in-situ devices [Boxall et al. 2010, Hu et al. 2006, Maaß et al. 2011, Pacek et al. 1994 ]
- Especially the transformation from chord lenght distributions into real particle size distribution is difficuilt
- Photooptical devices are the only ones able to differentiate between for example the ice crystals and a fat droplet in the same sample, FBRM or the like will always try to average across the different components
- I know only one photooptical device which offers an image analysis software capable to investigate highly concentrated samples fully automated
