I have a mixture an organic silyl hydride and its corresponding silanol. I need to separate both of them. Which technique could be best possible to do so.
I don't know the boiling points of either of them (Anyways it will be high).
Please provide any book/paper reference if possible.

At first, what is your main purpose by separate silyl hydride and silanol?
If you want to obtain just silanol, you can add water to convert all silyl hydride to silanol.
However, if you need both, probably HPLC is a good option to try, but please employ the suitable solvent that doesn't react with your target.

Treatment of hexane solution with H2SO4 (conc.) or KF (aq.) are most suitable. Low-polar R3Si-H do not react and will be extracted by low-polar solvents like hexane; R3Si-OH build relative polar acidic tri(alkyl/aryl)silyl sulfate or potassium tri(alkyl/aryl)diflurosilicate. The last compounds are easily convertable into parent silanol.
Sorbents like activated alumina can be also applied
