In my view, for any country to overcome economical problem, and excel in all aspects of life, brain drain should be reversed.

As an example of positive impact of reversing brain drain is that in 2013,

nine out of 10 Chinese students were still in the U.S. five years after earning Ph.D.’s. In 2017 more than 480,000 scholars in advanced studies abroad returned to China. The positive impact on chinese economy and advancement in all aspects of life in China is obvious.

in your view, how can a country reverse the brain drain? Kindly share your own experience?
