How best can Bulk RNA sequencing result be analyzed and are there any web-baed tool or any software that can be freely used to analyze this data?

I recently performed Bulk RNA sequencing on my samples (I have three conditions). This is my first time doing this. I would love to know what is expected of the sequencing data. In addition, are there any web-based tools or free software available for analysis? I don't mind if papers discussing this process are also suggested.

I would appreciate constructive feedback.
