Self-isolation during the COVID-19 pandemic represents a new challenge for all of us. The question is: How do I remain productive at home?
When I realized this lockdown was going to last some weeks or months, the first thing I did was to set up an area in my house to use as a workspace. Additionally, I came up with a detailed to-do list that’s broken down into categories based on the importance. I try to organize my day focusing on one task at a time and settle work hours, however, some days are hard to keep up with the schedule. I'm spending quality time with my family, doing indoor walking, and cooking in my free time. I think that with the right effort, you can stay productive while taking care of yourself and your loved ones.
We have a very nice daily program on our Uni and also in our community. And we teach on-line for a time in waiting for an opening public of our Uni. Teaching a Social Bioethics this semester, we have an up-date every day of an ethical considerations. It is not easy to have a lockdown 9 weeks, but our work can help us :)
