As far as my perception goes, faith is different from creativity. Faith means believing oneself and others. Whereas creativity means trying something different, which others have not tried.
If we talk about faith - like thinking process, and look at creativity in same dimension. To got Faith (like discipline) in own "habitus" "agent" must start creative thinking process and found creative measures to Faith in any what ever.
Perhaps the linkage is obscure and not direct. I believe that pregnancy with its first, second, and third trimesters offers a shared metaphor: Patience is necessary, hope for a healthy birth, ability to withstand the possibility of miscarriage mirror what it is like to begin and accomplish a creative endeavor. Faith is required as well as solace when things do not work out as planned.
