Because of the fact that various stakeholders involved in construction projects have a diversity of interest in BIM in terms of business perspective. Are there any benefits that are in common or sharing between clients and other stakeholders such as architects, engineers (sub-consultants), contractors and sub-contractors? Also, What are benefits of BIM which clients potentially have while other stakeholders do not?

As we know Building Information Modeling (BIM) is an emerging phenomenon in which business processes combine with innovative information technology to optimize efficiency and minimize waste in the design, building, and operations of a facility. The elimination of non-value added redundant tasks, along with the addition of reliable information in the communication between stakeholders, facilitates these improvements. The identification of the information that a BIM must contain (McCuen, 2009) and the process of exchange between functional roles to facilitate the quantity take-off task is needed!
BIM helps architects, engineers, and constructors visualize what is to be built in a simulated environment to identify any potential design, construction, or operational issues. BIM represents a new paradigm within AEC, one that encourages integration of the roles of all stakeholders on a project. In this study (Azhar, 2011) current trends, benefits, possible risks, and future challenges of BIM for the AEC industry are discussed. The findings of this study provide useful information for AEC industry practitioners considering implementing BIM technology in their projects.

A quick response and to add to Nadeem's contribution. From a practical perspective and based on verbal responses I've received through my work as an environmental consultant, the benefit of collaboration is quite significant. What often happens is that architects design in silo, engineers assess designs, contractors are brought on board and so on... each profession and trade working separately from the other while the overall project tends to be delayed because of the 'back and forth' required for everyone to agree. From a client perspective this means issues come up that delay project approval until solutions are found.
BIM, being visually intuitive and enables the collaborative input of the various teams that contribute to design and build are able to tackle issues and "play" with various scenarios until the right one is found. This saves time and money.
I remember a comment from a few years back someone noted: 'buildings are not flat, why are we not moving away from using flat plans to a model that enables us to see the building as it would become?'
My response above will hopefully encourage you to consider interviews in conjunction with academic research because the value of using BIM technology becomes apparent with real-life examples from the professionals who use it. I hope my rather anecdotal response is helpful.
