Sometimes we see that students admit themselves in various engineering programs for their undergraduate studies. But it is observed that they drop the course due to lack of motivation and encouragement to continue their study. The issue is how to provide student motivation in every engineering courses so that they are retained and student drop rate decreases significantly. How we can motivate the students through various engineering degree courses?

Proper announcements for the programs and their aims.
Meeting of the students with the people of industry related the programs.
Proper-examining the course reports to avoid the drawbacks.
The quality assurance unit on the place should be responsible for treating any
drawbacks that make the students avoid joining some courses.
