Today I want to get advice on my analysis on research itself rather than
technical factors on my research.
After making specific hypothesis, the reason why the repeated conductions
on one same experiment is due to many unexpected variables that can
affect the results of my research.
I know that it is my duty to analyze and make judgement whether my specific research outcome
is consistent with my hypothesis, and I try to make strict and objective
judgement myself to avoid any fraud and subjectivity which can distort
the true result. However, I am yet an unexperienced and young researcher,
so I am concerned that I may neglect variables that can affect my research
outputs. In this case, Can i judge that
'high consistency in one, repeated experiment' is the information
that the concerned variables described above are not actually critical
factors so such factors do not affect my results during my research?
Because i am a junior in research, I think it is better for me to
get advice or opinion from more advanced researchers about my qeustion above
rather than
my own judgement.

My suggestion would be to discuss your questions with your advisors. I feel that you need some careful guidance which way to take for your career and that is quite difficult to convey in a forum. The advanced researchers you mention should come first and foremost from your university. Did you make contact with them? If not, I advise you to do so. It is their responsibility to help you with your doubts.

Some researchers do not exhibit the wisdom that you have shown. Many of us face the same kind of issues that you have described. When we see the preliminary results that are similar to what you have found, a few things are at the top of the list to consider. Specification error is common; it usually involves excluding important variables or including variables that are not.
A related problem is multicollinearity; it may cause bias in the coefficients and can even change the sign. It may be impossible to find independent variables that are completely and totally unrelated to each other; however, understanding the issues can be helpful.
An important part of empirical research is to deal with these and other issues. Some of this can be done with tests that other researchers have devised, and they are very good.
Another part is a thorough review of the literature because other researchers typically have encountered similar challenges. Although they may not go into detail about the deaths of these challenges, their models are often quite revealing.
