Hi all,

I am performing 31P NMR extract on mouse skeletal muscle to measure ATP, PCr, Pi.

Thaid but is then quite impossible for me to neutralize extract with KOH. Without the addition of a buffer, the pH is strongly fluctuating and some of the molecules would degrade at very low or very high pH. Moreover I cannot use the pHmeter to measure pH since the volumes of extracts are very small.

Has someone faced and solved this kind of problems?
