Hoe can you cut hislogical section cuntaining calcium fragments??

Hello everybody,

I have to cut histological sections cuntaining calcium fragments.

Obviously the section are perforated at the bone fragments and I can't recover row sections.

Do you have any advise??

You should decalcify your specimens, preferably with EDTA. A lot of protocols on the web.
