Thank you for your response. The problem is that I do not know where exactly a crack is going to propagate. I am interested in crack propagation . for example I want to give some force to my sample and see if it will cause crack in my sample or not and where is the crack located. I don't know if I can do it just like what it was shown in the video.

Glad to help you out! Crack propagation requires you to know or assume the position of your initial crack. The case which you are describing now is a bit different and much easier to handle.

While damage can occur in the elastic deformation during alternating loads over long periods of time I don't think this applies here.

Most damage occurs during plastic deformation. As a gross oversimplification you could say that any plastic deformation is a potential crack.

To make sure that there are no potential cracks in your model, you could use a safety factor of for example 2. So if the von Mieses Stress exceeds half of the allowed stress (yield stress/ safety factor), you have identified a critical region.

You could use a smaller safety factor, depending on how much you trust your material model, your mesh and your simplification of the geometry.

After identifying regions you could use the tutorial I sent you to see how your part could fail at these locations.

If you don't know where crack is going to be generated or don't want to specify the initial crack in your model, then XFEM is your best bet. ANSYS is not very good in performing XFEM analysis and only got an XFEM ACT which is not that easy to work with. I recommend using Abaqus for this analysis. You can find a good tutorial form the following link.
