Recently, we have underwent the morphology change of hMSC in T175.
After one or two week of culturing in T175 (Fisherbrand), they start to die and detached
Does anyone experience this before, and what could be the possible reasons for it?
We used Low DMEM with 10% FBS, 1% P/S to culture and 10ng/mL FGF-b.
We have ruled out the problem of FGF-b, passage number.

And when we harvest them when the confluency get 90% in T175, we can only get 2M cells(P4), even though the cell pellets looks big after centrifuge
