Hello Issaka,
First you have to identify the particular journal you want to submit your paper to. Article structure differs based on journal specification and methodology (qualitative or quantitative). However, the generally accepted article format include; Introduction, Literature review (sometimes can be embedded in the introduction), Methods, Findings/Results, Discussion, Implication for practice or Policy and Conclusion.

1.Problem statement
2.objective
3.justification
Problem statement; the gap in literature that your study seeks to address. objectives; what your study seeks to achieve and justification of the reasons for the intended study thus why the need for your research?
Remember, most journals do not require you to sign post this. Rather they are indirectly embedded in the introduction.
