phd student, I am going to do experiments on islets isolated from mouse pancreatic tissue.
to study the effects of some ligands on GSIS. I have some technical questions? how many experiments can I do using islets isolated from one mouse? as I think with each stimulation the islets would need some time to resynthesize insulin. another question is how long could islets stay viable in the media? is there any special resources I can access to learn about these techniques?
