yes u can actually accelerate the process of DNA sequence since it is computed independent of each other u can visit nvidia cuda website and forum for kick start. If u stuck up any where let me know i will do my best. have grt life

as you mentioned the DNA sequence alignment please i want to know how can i measure the CUPS when executing my kernel ... is there any formula I can use to measure it ??
