Hi ....is there any means by which i can measure the wavelength of the light emitting from my mobile display.any meters like lux meter to measure the intensity of light?

wavelength of flash light of your mobile can be measured by using simple spectrometer.(HR2000, or HR4000, or any other).

You need to use an spectrometer focousing with an optical system which compares the source with other of known spectral characteristics, such as alincandescent lamp of known spactral output.

you need a spectrometer used to measure light sources. Depending on the precision you need, a simple one will do it. For better precision a calibrated spectrometer is required.
The measurement should be done in dark environment to prevent influence of other light sources. Than you should measure the spectrum of a full Red, full Green and Full Blue image. If you are interested in peak positions of your primaries only, a White image will do it too. Here you might have difficulties to separate the 3 primary colors and get some overlap areas. For peaks wavelengths this should be sufficient.
I also suggest using a diode array system not necessarily from oa.
simple comparing of the intensities might be sufficient. The publication deals with a detailed absolute and spectral calibration.
