Hi I have data phosphate conc from mix and single culture phosphate solubilizing bacteria in T0, T7, T14. How to compare which culture is best in solubilizing phosphate and in which time? my data not normal in distribution? Does anyone know how to perform in spss?

It is necessary to measure the solubilized phosphate and to compare the values from experiemnts with different strains.
The concentration of soluble phosphate can be determined by the molybdovanado method. I normally use vanadate molybdate reagent (Sigma-Aldrich Cat. No 94686).

You have to treat your data with a simple analysis of the variance (ANOVA one way), afterwards you have to compare the difference between the obtained averages (Strain 1, strain 2 and mix) by a tukey test to check the significant difference between the averages at each time (T0, T7 and T14).
