Should be fine, but ask such questions to your sequencing facility. They can give you all the information you need regarding samples.

The amount of purified dna template you will need is

1000–2000 bp 10–40 ng

>2000 bp 40–100 ng

so you will need to send them approximately 300ng for each sequencing direction because you will only get about 800 bases with each sequencing reaction so it will take 3 sequences to cover the whole template in each direction, The information sheet from the sequencing facility should tell you how much template and primer to send
