Just use google with the search term "wastewater management article" and you will get hundreds of hits on Google Scholar, ranked according to number of citations, but you can also rank them yourself according to age if you want. From this material I am sure that you will find something of good value.

Finding a research topic, and identifying a specfic problem are critical steps in the launch of a research. Both can be determined by reading relevant publications to your major topic.
