I would like to know if the membranes based on graphene or graphene oxide (which are very promising in terms of water permeability and robustness) are already available on the market of desalination and can be produced on industrial scale.
Paresh is right. Membranes with nanotubes, graphene, aquarin are very nice and interesting concept. It can work at very small scale but the problem is to be able to keep the nanoscale properties of the materials at the macroscopic scale of the produced membrane.
