I am injecting a 0.1M concentration after each 100 seconds using a micro pippet set at 25 micro litters. How do i label the concentration at each injection step?
You typically need to calibrate your measurement system using standard solutions of known glucose concentration. By measuring the current produced at different concentrations, you can create a calibration curve, allowing you to accurately determine the concentration of glucose in your samples based on measured current during the test.
Yeah. Thank you, but i was already done with the electrochemical measurements of my analyte prior to my question. So, during the interpretation of the staircase amperogram results, i needed to know for instance, what millimolar concentration of glucose can be found at each injection step. But i have gotten that from literature now. Thanks for response.
