I ordered probe and it has HPLC purification and phosphorothioate bonds. should I add Na+ exchange processing to ensure that residual toxic TEAA (Tetraethyl ammonium acetate) salts from HPLC purification are removed and replaced with sodium. Would it have any negative impact on my PCR reaction, is it better to remove it? If I add Na+, would it have a negative impact on my result in RT-qPCR?

Thanks in advance.
