I have a lot of background and inespecific signal with this antibody in brain slices of mice.

I tried the follow blocking solutions:

1-BSA 1%, Triton 10X – 0,5%, NDS 6% PBS

2-BSA 1%, Triton 10X – 0,5%, NDS 10% PBS

3-BSA 1%, Triton 10X – 0,5%, NHS 5% PBS

4-BSA 3%, Triton 10X – 0,5%, NHS 5% PBS

5-BSA 3%, Triton 10X – 0,5%, NDS 10% PBS

Any suggestion will be welcome.
