Hi Elahe Sajadi,

You have to be aware of those "predatory publishers'. Some of them don't even need peer-reviewing. It is very fast. A normal journal usually take a few months for reviewing process. If you publish with those predatory publishers, it won't help you a bit in finding a good job in the future.

Yes, I agree that Plant Biotechnology Journal is very good if you are dealing with plants. But, now it becomes an Open Access Journal, and charges an expensive fee (several thousand US dollars). Not every lab can afford it.

If you want to publish a paper which can help you in your future career (such as looking for a job..), it is better to publish on a good journal. For a good journal, the manuscript needs to go through peer-review. For peer-review, it usually take about 2 months. It won't be very quick as like a week if the manuscript goes through peer-review.
