If so we used to receive Ndebele women annually for the picking of broom bushes that apparently is a must for good housekeeping? There was apparently some unique quality t this bush apparently ONLY on this hill?

We have had the ladies come and collect plant materials for many years and they told us they have done so for generations seeing as it is the only place in Pretoria where this specific bush grows?

We live on the Farm Valley Farms 379 JR, which is the the second hill of the Bronberg east of Selikats Causeway.

I would love to know what is unique about this particular bush and sadly the have not been back for several years so maybe the tradition died out with them?

Please contact me if this is of any use to your study
