Dear respectful reasearcher, a plant is said to be native/indigenous to a particular place if that place is know for cultivating (or occuring naturally) that plant more than the other areas, this depends on multiple factors as: the type of soil, climate and other geological factors that r specific for that one area that the plant grows in.

the factors i mentiond earlier r UNCONTROLABLE meaning that The Great Almighty has created that land with such unique characteristics that supported the growth of that specific plant in question.

Most answers relate to the definition of native/endemic plants! Some answers have even deviated to Pharmacognosy!

See my answer. I reiterate that you can determine the nativity/restricted distributin/range of distribution of a plant only through reliable literature and study of specimens in different herbaria.
