Human is the only known host for  E.histolytica. Dog and cat infected by  rectal inoculation of  trophozoite. There is not any report on natural infection of ruminant animal by E.histolytica. It is better if you investigate on Entamoeba Sp in camel.

Dr.Hossein Hooshyar , yes there is many research about this parasite in animal especially in camel & I work on Entamoeba histolytica in camel
