Can someone help with an algorithm to determine biasing for dynamic range expansion in picocell and subsequently to mitigate the resultant interference?
I am working on increasing capacity and coverage using cell range expansion, particularly picocells. Since this method introduces some interference to cell edge users, a game theory approach is intended to be used in mitigating the interference.
Any help on algorithms and codes for these?

Thanks Puma. As I've explained above, range expansion is used to increase the coverage region of picocells by adding a positive bias value to the footprint. This way, more users are encouraged to connect to picocells thereby de-congesting macrocell. However, so much work have assumed a fixed bias value which may not be optimal due to factors like load distribution, geographic location e.t.c. Therefore, by dynamically selecting the bias value, these factors will be taken into consideration.
